Prices for both apartments start from only £120 per week during the low season, to £295 per week during the peak seasons. There is also a charge of 40 euros per stay for the cleaning, payable on arrival. A returnable bond of £60 is required to cover any breakages, non-payment of cleaning fee etc. A deposit of £50 per week secures one’s holiday dates, and the rest of the payment needs to be paid at least 6 weeks before the date of arrival.
