APARTMENT AT ALGORFA

 

This apartment sleeps 6 people. It has air conditioning and central heating. There is a double room, a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is on the ground floor of an exclusive development of 38 apartments, all facing the landscaped swimming pool. It is fully furnished and equipped, and has a luxurious bathroom. There is a TV in the living room and main bedroom, receiving 12 English channels. There is a stereo system with CD player, and a radio. Bath towels are provided.

 

The apartment is set in a tranquil location, near orange and lemon groves. There is a PGA standard golf course across the road from the urbanisation, called ‘La Finca’.  The blue flag beaches of Guardamar and the main town of Torrevieja are 15 minutes away. It is approximately 40 minutes away from Alicante and Murcia Airports. Arrangements can be made for transfers to and from the airports, and other trips during one's stay.

 

There is a superb restaurant at the ‘La Finca’ Golf Course opposite. Shops and services are a short distance away, at Los Montisinos and in Algorfa Village.
